Carolyn Henwood CNZM is a founding member of Circa Theatre and the Theatre Artists Charitable Trust (TACT). She is a retired District Court Judge and now Chairs the Confidential Listening and Assistance Service. She has served on the Board of Toi Whaakari. She has assisted Circa with legal structures, fund raising, corporate sponsorship, and good governance.
Carolyn helped to get the resources to build and own Circa Theatre on the Wellington waterfront. She received her CNZM for service to Youth Justice and the arts in 2002
