Neville joined the Council in 1977. Neville has worked as a lawyer in government and in private practice, as an actor’s agent and as a film producer on the feature film The Last Tattoo (1993). Until recently he was Circa Treasurer and a Trustee of the Theatre Artists Charitable Trust (TACT).  In earlier years at Circa I also acted in a few productions, designed one, and set-built many. He has also been a Board member of Toi Whakaari: The New Zealand Drama School, the NZ School of Dance and the associated Premises Management Trust.

Neville is now retired and is a keen golfer and bridge player.
